Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-10-24 · European Union (GDPR)
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing ARCADE LOOPS at https://arcade-loops.example, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the arcade.
2. Service description
ARCADE LOOPS is a free, browser-based collection of 9 arcade games. No accounts, no server-side progression, no multiplayer. All stats are stored locally in your browser. The service is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes.
3. Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old (US) or 16 years old (EU) to use the arcade. If you are younger, ask a parent or guardian to contact us before use.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the service.
- Do not reverse-engineer the games or claim them as your own.
- Do not use automated scrapers/bots without permission.
- Do not use the arcade for any illegal purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The arcade's source code, art, music, and text are © 2025–2026 ABYME, except where third-party licenses apply (open-source libraries retain their respective licenses). You may not redistribute the games without written permission.
6. User content
You do not submit personal content to ARCADE LOOPS. The only "content" you generate is your local gameplay stats — which never leave your browser unless you explicitly export them and share manually.
7. Advertising
Ads are served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. You can opt out at adssettings.google.com.
8. Disclaimers
The arcade is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from bugs, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABYME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the arcade.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of European Union (GDPR). Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
