1. Who we are

ABYME operates the ARCADE LOOPS arcade at https://arcade-loops.example. For any privacy inquiry, contact contact@abyme-arcade.example.

2. What data we collect

• Local storage only: your best scores, play counts, restart counts, encore answers, and language preference are stored in your browser's localStorage. We never transmit this data to our servers. Clearing your browser data erases it permanently.
• Anonymous analytics (Matomo): we use a self-hosted Matomo instance at https://matomo.example.com to collect anonymized traffic statistics (page views, referrer, approximate region, browser, device type). Cookies are disabled — Matomo uses localStorage fingerprinting instead. We honor browser Do Not Track.
• Advertising (Google AdSense): Google AdSense may set cookies (Doubleclick IDE, NID) to serve interest-based ads. You can opt out at adssettings.google.com or via the cookie banner.
• No accounts: we do not require accounts, email addresses, passwords, or any personal identifier.

3. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

For EU/EEA users: our processing of anonymous analytics data is based on Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interest — understanding how the arcade is used so we can improve it. You have the right to object (Art. 21) at any time by rejecting cookies in the banner or enabling Do Not Track in your browser.

The arcade is not directed at children under 13 (US) or 16 (EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will erase it.
